Amy and Tim are wonderful hosts - they’ve thought of everything to make your stay easy, relaxing and luxurious. The bedding, fireplace, location, complementary drinks and food are all so lush. Could not recommend this place enough.
This accommodation was the best experience we have had with Airbnb. Communication from the start made everything so easy. We had very clear instructions on how to arrive and met with Amy upon arrival. Going inside the property we were met with a stunning view of the Milton countryside and design and styling perfection. A gift hamper full of goodies and bubbles was left for us to enjoy. Our stay here was incredible and I personally wasn’t ready to leave. It was luxurious in every way and exactly what we were looking for in our trip. Thank you Amy and Tim
My wife and I had such a great time - there is nothing Amy & Tim haven’t thought of. The bed is so comfortable, bath with the views, deck, finska and the breakfast basket - everything was perfect! We will definitely be back when it’s colder to test out the outdoor and indoor heaters!!
Amy's place is absolutely stunning, with magnificent views and really high quality luxury touches throughout the accommodation. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
I could not fault this place! Such a beautiful home with lovely finishing touches. Amy made us feel so welcome and was always available when needed. A little basket of goodies from the area was also provided which is just one example of the lovely finishing touches. Cannot wait to stay again!!
Amy’s place is amazing and exactly as described in the listing. The place is located close to the shops around 10mins drive and she provided a breakfast hamper which had plenty of food! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to escape the city and have a relaxing time. Highlight was definitely the bathroom with the twin rain shower and views.

It certainly lives up to the photos, every aspect of the property was so well thought through and luxurious. We’ve already booked our next stay because Amy and Tim were such great hosts.
A fantastic weekend in Milton to say the least. This property is absolutely beautiful, from the minute you are greeted by the hosts with the keys, to driving into the private garage and walking into the beautifully appointed villa. Luxury at every turn, a beautiful freestanding bath facing the lovely view, double shower (of dreams!) and beautiful soft linen bedding. Amy and Tim even go so far as to welcome you with complimentary food and drinks, fresh local eggs and milk, fruit, muesli, cheese, crackers and a lovely local Prosecco and beers! Fantastic deck space and fire pit to envy, we enjoyed every inch of this lovely property. Thanks again to the amazing hosts for their hospitality!!
Our experience here was nothing short of amazing. The design of the space had thoughtful touches which made it extra easy for us to unwind. Amy and Tim were incredible hosts and we hope to stay again soon. This was easily our best staycation experience so far.

This place is quite simply spectacular. The luxurious styling and appointments are superior to anywhere we have stayed (and we have stayed in a lot of places!). The location is extremely private, and features stunning views across rolling hills to the North. We thoroughly recommend this stay to anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy some luxurious quality time.
A hidden gem surrounded by only gorgeous green landscapes.. The place is perfect for someone looking to get away from the noisy city life and have some R&R in the middle of nature..
Stunningly designed with amazingly luxurious high tech features and gorgeous views from the bed, bath and deck. We came here for a few nights straight after our wedding and it was perfect. We also love Milton & surrounds for its food, and mollymook for its surf so it’s in a great location, but peacefully tucked away. Lovely touches with the complimentary drinks and food. Thank you so much! Wish we could stay for longer :)
The location, hosts and accomodation was OUTSTANDING! The accomodation was stunningly beautiful and the communication with the host was quick and responsive. The PERFECT spot if you are in need of a relaxing weekend with perfect architecture, design and views!

Without a doubt a beautiful place to stay. You get the best of both worlds looking over the open plains and having the beach 5 minutes away. Amy and Tim went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be back and I am excited for when I get to re visit.

We were greeted by the lovely couple when arrived and instantly knew that we would have a wonderful time. Very hospitable and friendly. Everything was just perfect. Amy and Tim provided us with delicious local foods and produce, beautiful bath salts and even some games to play on the outdoor deck. I personally loved all the little touches. The bed is just wonderful and is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in when away from home. The views are just incredible to say the least. There are too many good things to say. If you are ever thinking about visiting the beautiful town of Milton this is the place to stay. Amazing country side views, yet so close to the water. By far the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. We can’t wait to go back.
This was an amazing stay. The owners eye for detail was truly appreciated, nothing was missed. The view (which is so special) and the apartment was five star. Amy and Tim are the ultimate hosts . My husband and I recently stayed at Tawillah for three nights and absolutely loved it! The very stylishly designed cabin overlooks beautiful farmland and rolling green hills while being less than a 5 minute drive from the village of Milton and only 10 minutes to Mollymook for great restaurants including Gwylo and Bannisters and pristine beaches. Tawillah is very well appointed; it had everything we needed for a perfect getaway and it was so peaceful. Hosts Tim and Amy were very friendly and were only a text message away if we needed anything at all. The kitchenette was well stocked including a breakfast basket with lovely artisan muesli, sourdough bread, crackers and a mini fridge with milk, beer, cheese and fruit - enough to make a lovely platter to enjoy the serenity with wine or bubbles. There is a lovely outdoor deck with fire pit and a gorgeous freestanding bath (complete with bath salts) which overlooks the rolling hills to relax in after a great day enjoying the beach or sightseeing. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back. Highly recommended.
